All work is currently charged or estimated at a rate of £200.00 per day.

For training, consultancy and other on-sites projects this rate will applied retrospectively and invoiced at month end. Minimum charge is one half day. Travel or subsistence expenses will not normally be charged.
For larger development projects a quotation will be presented, free of charge. The quotation will be estimated on the basis of the current standard rate. Projects likely to exceed 25 man days may need to be quoted in agreed stage payments.
The quotation will define the basic functionality of the proposed system, and an estimated completion date, but will not provide a detailed specification. My preference is to allow the system to be developed interactively with the client, which allows for greater flexibility in achieving an efficient and 'fit for the purpose' software package.
